The Ultimate Bodyshaping Challenge (UBC) is:
A fun, ten week total fitness course that combines all the elements of body shaping. The program includes fitness kickboxing, resistance training, flexibility, and sound, easy to understand nutritional guidelines.
You will not be alone during your body shaping journey! Throughout the UBC Challenge, you will be part of a team. Your team will have a fitness coach. By the way, your UBC coach successfully completed the program! As a graduate of the UBC, they know how to guide and motivate you to be your BEST!
Between your instructors, coach, and teammates, you receive enough support to stay motivated and achieve your fitness goals.

Johnny did it, YOU CAN TOO!
Wow! Where to start? UBC has given me a new perspective on my life. Ten (short) weeks ago, I weighed more than I have ever weighed in my life!! I came into this thinking that I would never be able to do these workouts, much less finish this program. And I knew I would never be able to run a mile and a half!!!
The first five weeks were AMAZING!!! I lost nearly 10 pounds the first week which gave me inspiration to keep going and push myself harder. At our mid-point (5 weeks) I decided to run (not walk) the mile and a half. Not only did I finish, but I came in third out of our entire group!! Wow! I can do this!! All along the way, everyone was very supportive- our trainers, instructors, and the teams. I have made some incredible friendships as a result of this class that will last longer than ten weeks! It’s a very supportive and caring environment!
As the weeks went on, people started noticing that I was losing weight. Almost everyday at work, someone would say “Wow, you have really lost weight,” or “how did you do it,” or “you look great!” This made me feel really good and kept me inspired to lose more. I was also able to get into clothes that I have not worn in a long time.
I stopped taking my high blood pressure medication because my BP was so good without medication. My mood is better, I am sleeping better, and I really enjoy life again! UBC has truly given my life back. I look forward to continuing the maintenance program, eating healthy, and keeping a positive perspective on health and fitness.
